Job Description About this job This role involves managing the delivery of smaller digital projects and overseeing the NIQ web shop as the product owner. The shop product owner will perform business analyst activities, recommend digital solutions, and implement project tasks hands-on in collaboration with stakeholders. Responsibilities - Deliver smaller digital projects end-to-end, including project management and project planning. - Perform business analyst activities and recommend digital solutions across digital topics and platforms. - Execute sample projects such as website/web shop migrations, business integrations, and solution ideation. - Utilize skills in MSD, channel expertise for email/web/social, MSD data management and automation, and MSD segmentation. - Implement project tasks hands-on, where possible and coordinate with subject matter experts for on-time delivery. - Own and manage the NIQ web shop, including backlog development, content management, and user experience. - Manage digital tools (PowerBI, WordPress, WooCommerce, ninja forms, URL shorteners, email verification). - Ensure GDPR compliance and lead management. Qualifications - Several years of experience in project management in the digital marketing space. - Expertise in marketing automation (ideally with Microsoft Dynamics) and across digital channels. - Understanding of multi-channel management (email, web, social, advertising) and campaign management in B2B. - Proficiency with digital tools (for example, PowerBI, WordPress, WooCommerce, ninja forms, URL shorteners, and similar tools). - Knowledge of GDPR foundation. - Good understanding of global lead management, lead routing, and tracking. - Experience in web shop content management and user experience (ideally WordPress and WooCommerce or similar). - Strong analytical skills and experience with digital solution ideation and implementation. - Proficiency in English language. - Minimum 3-5 years of experiencein relevant fields.
