This role is key to ensuring that our locations deliver exceptional service, top-quality products, and operational excellence every day. If you have hands-on experience running coffee shops or restaurants, live in Bogotá, hold a valid US visa , and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do Store Openings & Operational Support Lead new store openings, from setup and staff training to implementing operational systems (POS, inventory, recipes). Provide strong pre- and post-opening support to ensure each store’s success. Work closely with franchise owners to build trust and ensure smooth daily operations. Quality Control & Performance Audits Conduct in-person evaluations to ensure high standards in product quality, service, and cleanliness. Implement mystery shopper and performance audits to identify and address improvement areas. Work directly with store managers and staff to improve efficiency, service, and product consistency. Inspire and coach teams to maintain excellent customer experiences. Provide immediate solutions to operational challenges in real time. Develop clear workflows and best practices for consistent performance across all locations. Create engaging training programs to ensure staff excellence in customer service and operational skills. Performance Monitoring & Process Optimization Use KPIs and analytics to spot operational issues and implement data-driven improvements. Drive initiatives to boost sales, customer satisfaction, and team productivity. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, HR, and Design to ensure operations align with overall brand goals. Contribute to strategic planning for growth and market expansion. Who You Are Experience: Minimum 2 years in operations management within coffee shops, restaurants, or food & beverage businesses . Location: Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia. Travel: Willing and able to travel frequently (including to the US). Visa: Must have a valid US visa. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and POS systems (Lightspeed preferred). Language: Advanced English (C1/C2).
