We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be the voice of support for patients using our telehealth services. You’ll handle emails, Slack messages, and Zendesk tickets with empathy and precision, ensuring every patient has a smooth, informed, and respectful experience. ️ Your mission: support an underserved community with warmth and efficiency - while working closely with healthcare providers and internal teams to deliver top-tier service. You'll also help maintain our systems, track issues, and contribute to continuous improvement. ️ REMOTE: You must be located in Bogotá, Colombia and speak fluent English (B2+ level). W hat you’ll be doing: Respond to patient inquiries via email and Slack in a timely and empathetic way ???? Help patients schedule appointments and navigate our telehealth platforms ️ Troubleshoot login issues, audio/video glitches, and general tech concerns Manage bookings and cancellations, ensuring timely reminders Support patients with insurance uploads and billing-related questions Resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless service Accurately record patient interactions in Zendesk and internal systems Participate in quality reviews and offer feedback to improve service Stay updated on privacy laws, telehealth trends, and compliance standards Work with IT, OpenLoop, and operations teams to enhance the patient experience Compile reports on trends and patient feedback ️ Build trust with patients through warm, clear communication W hat we’re looking for: Fluent in English (B2+ written and spoken) Based in Colombia 1–2 years of customer service experience Proficient in Zendesk , RingCentral , and Slack ️ Available to work on weekends Healthcare industry background is a plus Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver Shifts after training : Must be available to work any 8-hour shift within the company's support hours (8 AM – 12 AM EST, 7 days a week) We currently offer shifts like 8 AM – 5 PM , 9 AM – 6 PM , or 11 AM – 8 PM , but we may add later shifts , so flexibility is key Birthday day off Indefinite-term labor contract with full legal benefits If you're ready to support patients with care, empathy, and excellence — from the first email to the last follow-up — we’d love to hear from you!
