We are currently looking for a Product Developer/Project Manager to join us at Bogotá, Colombia. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.Deliver LatAm innovation pipeline projects within predefined time, resources and budget.Secure effective execution of LatAm innovation pipeline by utilizing capabilities and capacities of All T&I; Innovation Centers.Focus on LatAm projects with additional innovation synergy activities on a global level (e.g. EMEA, APAC).Guide and support the LatAm Business Units, regarding local & global product portfolio, in identifying new business opportunities, generating new product ideas, driving initiation of new product development projects.Lead, steer and develop overall competences & required technology development of the development team.Key technical knowledge holder production process and product design.QualificationsBachelor's Degree. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechatronics Engineering or Production Engineering. Postgraduate studies in Project Management / PMP-PMI (Desiderable).Knowledge and experience in developing plastic products. injection molding, extrusion and other plastic processing methods.6+years of proven experience in managing complex project portfolio, business excellence, change management, able to demonstrate high levels of organisation and proactivity to deliver highquality support to project teams and senior managers.Experience in setting up 3D models (preferably SolidWorks or CAD).Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong organisational skills to ensure effective planning and tracking of activities and actions, excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.Excellent communications skills in English, both verbally as well as in writing.Willingness to travel (10-20% if necessary).What Orbia Building & Infrastructure offersDo you want to make a difference by working with a purpose?
