Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end ownership of quality strategies utilizing expertise in software testing and analysis of qualitative feedback - Design and apply strategies and processes to enhance quality throughout all teams - Accountable for the identification, escalation and mitigation of risks in focus areas - Interpret data from numerous sources to produce clear, relevant information, informing decisions to improve product quality and QA service delivery - Translate project metrics into data-driven decisions and strategies - Work with other team members and partners to solve problems and improve processes Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in software development, quality assurance, or game design - Experience planning and executing a test strategy and tasks using Scrum/agile process - 2+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Proven ability to translate project metrics into data-driven decisions and strategies About Electronic Arts We're proud to have an extensive portfolio of games and experiences, locations around the world, and opportunities across EA.
