Job Summary: Ensures new and existing ACI customers receive a first-class delivery service in accordance with customer expectations and contractual agreements. Primarily responsible for the identification and development of solutions for customers using company products, outsourced solutions, and/or proprietary tools/techniques implemented by others. Defines customer needs and develops a plan and proposal for project delivery. Viewed by customers as a consultant. Performance is typically evaluated based on utilization (billable hours). Job Responsibilities: Implement payment processing solutions for credit, debit, fleet, and gift cards with ACI's comprehensive product suite. Solve highly technical and complex problems for projects. Guide and provide technical direction for projects. Possess advanced technical knowledge of the product set and business understanding. Guide customers in implementation efforts to ensure successful product adoption. Collaborate with Solution Integrators to provide payment message integration recommendations and support comprehensive end-to-end testing and validation of payment transactions. Anticipate risks or business situation implications, take appropriate mitigation actions, and identify necessary information to clarify risks, using skillful questioning. Understand and adhere to all corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Work closely with project managers, solution architects, and customers to deliver payment solutions. Create technical design documents and other deliverables as per project requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience with POS systems, e-Commerce platforms, and third-party API integrations. Strong troubleshooting and issue tracking skills. At least 5 years of related experience. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Management, Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred. Proficient in credit and debit card acquirer processor message specifications, including ISO8583 standard. Knowledge of payment transaction flows, including authorization, sales, and reversals, across in-store and e-commerce environments. Work Environment: Standard work environment. Majority of time spent on PC (Physical requirements).
