Descripción general: We are seeking a mid-to-senior level mixed methods UX researcher with a demonstrated ability to integrate behavioral data, qualitative insights, and market signals to build a holistic understanding of user needs. The position reports to the Director, Marketing and UX Research. As a mixed methods UX researcher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a wide variety of UX research methods to gain insights into user behavior, needs, and preferences. You will design and implement a variety of UX research methods that could include (but not limited to) user interviews, heuristic evaluations, usability tests, card sorting, and surveys. An important part of your responsibilities will be to partner with designers and content strategists on the Global Digital Experience team in identifying and executing UX research projects. From time-to-time, you may also be asked to take on more marketing research-oriented tasks (e.g., in-depth interviews, surveys, etc.) as it relates to the team’s engagement with stakeholders from the brokerage and employee benefits divisions and brands. As a member of the Marketing and UX Research team, you will also be expected to contribute to how the team continues to evolve as a world class insights organization within Gallagher Cómo lograrás un impacto: - Manage UX research projects including: scoping and design; data collection and analysis; final report development; and communicating out key findings with a focus on driving impact. - Be a vibrant part of the Digital Experience Team’s Laytrack process which will include collaborating with designers, content strategists, and marketers which informs product and design strategy. - Work with analytics team in understanding user behavior patterns and how these insights can be applied to designing UX research and better understanding UX research results. - Leverage variety of research tools including, Usertesting.com, Qualtrics, HotJar, and Google Analytics. - Manage and work on multiple projects at the same time. - Flexibility to meet with Global stakeholders (e.g., stakeholders based in the UK, Australia, etc.). Acerca de ti: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years+ of experience in conducting UX research in a fast-paced business environment. - Experience in designing, implementing, and analyzing data from user interviews, usability tests, heuristic evaluations, card sorting, and surveys to gather qualitative and quantitative data on user behavior, preferences, and pain points. - Experience in creating personas and customer journey maps a plus, but not required. - Strong understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different UX research methods, including when and how to apply them. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate research findings to design, content strategy, and marketing and sales stakeholders - Ability to work cross-functionally with design, content strategy, dev and marketing teams. - Experienced in working in an agile environment and actively participating in scrum ceremonies. - Detailed-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously. - Experience and proficiency in designing and implementing UX research methods via platforms such as Usertesting.com, UserZoom, HotJar, etc.
