We are looking for a Construction Estimator with experience in Lighting with proven verifiable experience in takeoffs and excellent English skills to join our team. Advanced Spoken English is Mandatory, and a voice note will be requested during the screening process. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Read and interpret specialized survey drawings and construction plans. - Manage purchasing orders. - Perform take-offs and estimations. - Prepare quotations. - Manage formats provided by the client. - Construction scheduling. - Use a good computer setup for work. - Be detail-oriented and focused. - Work remotely with a medium-sized, growing team, including engineering and administrative departments. - Participate in daily tasks, team projects, and stand-ups. - Share knowledge and assist team members as issues arise. - Availability to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST) from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. - Competitive pay in US Dollars, paid extra hours, and flexible time-off. - Engage in constant team interaction and growth opportunities.
