About the Role As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll serve as a key liaison between client stakeholders, internal teams, and technical experts to deliver innovative software solutions. You’ll play a strategic role in leading globally distributed Agile teams, running client-facing discovery sessions, and managing the full software product lifecycle for high-impact digital projects at some of the world’s top organizations. Responsibilities - Lead and motivate cross-functional, globally distributed Agile teams throughout all phases of the product lifecycle - Organize and facilitate customer workshops and discovery sessions to prioritize requirements and define project scope - Serve as the main point of contact between client stakeholders and internal development teams, maintaining strong relationships and fostering trust - Oversee the delivery of software solutions on time and within scope, ensuring all technical and business requirements are met - Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior client executives and PM teams - Drive continuous improvement of Agile processes and team performance - Other duties as assigned About You Qualifications & Skills - 5+ years of relevant project management experience leading software development initiatives - Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating technical and cross-functional teams - Strong client-facing abilities and expertise in managing relationships with client stakeholders at all levels - Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); able to collaborate with PM teams and global stakeholders - Solid understanding of core software development technologies and practices - Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies for distributed teams - Skilled in running requirement elicitation and prioritization workshops - Experience managing the end-to-end software product lifecycle Nice to have: - Experience working with FINTECH projects or clients - Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) At.Monks, we believe in fostering an environment where a diversity of perspectives can thrive.
