Customer Service Representative About the position We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a VIP Customer Service for a logistics account. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Confirming/reviewing order information (Pick-ups – Delivery) - Communicating with clients to gather additional details as needed - Supporting the dispatch team (as an intermediary with clients) - Building and maintaining customer relationships, resolving issues, and serving as a knowledgeable point of contact for clients. - Building rapport with clients to provide a top-notch customer experience Schedule: Monday to Friday, in a time range from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have: - A high school diploma or higher-level education - A fluent English level (B2+) - Previous Bilingual Customer service experience is a MUST - Be a proactive and resourceful person - Be a detailed oriented person Seniority level This is an entry-level position.
