As a Clinical Intake - Psychologist, you will serve as the first clinical point of contact for new clients (patients) in The Anxiety Center. Responsibilities Serve as the first clinical point of contact for new clients reviewing and manage incoming intake forms and inquiries. Gather key client information and guide them through the intake process Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups with clinical staff Maintain accurate and confidential client records Provide basic information about services, availability, and expectations Escalate clinical concerns appropriately to licensed staff (Future) Conduct full intake assessments under supervision REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS Qualifications Fluent in English (spoken and written) Background in psychology, counseling, social work, or related mental health fields Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information Prior experience in a mental health, healthcare, or intake coordination role is a plus Strong computer literacy and comfort with electronic records systems Availability during U.S. business hours (EST preferred) Perks: Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., following the US Calendar.
