This role offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and a performance-based compensation structure, allowing you to shape your workload and earnings. **About the Role** As an Agency Accounts Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts and ensuring the success of each campaign. Our main advertising channels are YouTube and Google, and prior online advertising experience is beneficial. We’re ready to train the right person with a strong track record of tackling complex tasks, problem-solving, and continuous learning. **Day To Day Responsibilities** - Own and manage the performance of 15-20 client accounts across YouTube and Google Ads, tracking CPL and adjusting strategies as needed. - Use GoHighLevel for client onboarding, communication, and workflow management. - Review and update video ad creatives to keep campaigns fresh and aligned with client goals. - Stay organized, take ownership of issues, and ensure clients feel supported every step of the way. **What We’re Looking For** - **Experience**: Prior EXPERIENCE WITH GOOGLE ADS REQUIRED. - **Adaptability**: Must be new tools and methods. - **Drive**: We value individuals who are internally motivated, with a desire to work hard and achieve excellent results. - **Problem-Solving Skills**: You’ll be working on diverse and sometimes complex tasks, so we need someone who can think critically and find solutions. - **REQUIREMENT**:PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH and EXPERIENCE WITH GOOGLE ADS.** **Compensation and Growth Opportunities** - Yearly compensation ranges from $28,000 to $46,000 USD, depending on the number of clients managed. - This role allows for scalable income based on workload preference.
