Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural project management, with expertise in luxury hospitality design and programming. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the pre-signing phase for new construction and reuse of company-managed assets, collaborating closely with Regional Development leadership and maintaining a commercial focus in diverse environments. - Collaborate with Project Management & Design Leads to guide the architectural development of projects, ensuring compliance with brand standards. - Provide technical expertise by reviewing site plans and architectural drawings within the project lifecycle. - Create customized area programs for Hilton brands to serve as the foundational guide for project teams. - Prepare internal and external reports as required. Requirements: - Eight (8) years of architectural experience. - Five (5) years of experience as an architect in the hospitality industry. - Proficiency with Bluebeam Revue for architectural document comparison, management, and collaboration. - Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish. - Travel 40% or more. Preferred Qualifications: - A track record of successful project delivery. - Experience in Luxury Hospitality Design and Hospitality Programming. - Experience in AutoCAD or Adobe Creative Suite - Proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese.
