In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's accounting in accordance with International Accounting Standards to ensure timely, reliable, and useful financial and accounting information for management decision-making. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with processes related to Purchasing, Fixed Assets, and Internal Control policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting. Provide complete, timely, relevant, and verifiable accounting and financial information to enable evaluation and decision-making by the CFO, Accounting Manager, and General Manager. Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including the Purchasing process. Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Participate in planning and assisting with audit tasks, including preparing documentation and supporting auditors. Collaborate with departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies. Handle accounting closing tasks, including bank reconciliations, asset amortization, reconciliation of Fixed Assets with accounting, invoicing, recording payments, and analyzing accounts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory). At least 5 years of accounting experience. Knowledge and experience with IFRS (mandatory). Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with QuickBooks or similar is a plus). Analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication skills in English; advanced level preferred.
