As a Back Office Specialist, you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes. Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Accounts Payable (AP): Efficiently manage and process accounts payable transactions. Accounts Receivable (AR): Oversee accounts receivable functions, including timely invoicing and collection activities. Claims Management: Handle claims processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Credit & Collections: Implement effective collection strategies to minimize outstanding receivables. Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain financial data in the company's systems. Invoice & PO Processing: Manage the end-to-end process of invoicing and purchase order processing. REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS What would help you succeed: Believe and love what you do. Sense of Urgency. Discipline. Responsible. Good customer service skills. Minimum requirements: Studies: A high school degree is required. Desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finances, or Logistics related. Knowledge: Must know Excel (basic/intermediate level). Experience: Desirable 6+ months of experience in accounting and/or billing. Experience in administrative tasks, back office, or any other related would be a plus. Language: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred. Perks: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., following the American Calendar. Contract: Indefinite term contract Location: Only for Medellín.
