Astound Commerce currently operates in 14 countries with 20 offices worldwide. **Job Purpose** As a Martech Specialist you will be using data, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) and other advanced digital marketing technology platforms to drive growth within our experience-driven commerce ecosystems through customer acquisition, conversion expansion, and retention/loyalty programs, increasing market penetration and Astound's growth. This person will be a key specialist in this effort to collaborate, create and execute cross-channel, customer journey-based programs. **What you will be doing**: - Configure SFMC implementations and business units - Create data environments suitable for legacy system migration - Create data environment to support strategic goals - Create and manage data transfers from marketing/commerce ecosystem - Leverage SFMC or similar platform to develop inbound, outbound, and digital advertising programs across customer journeys. - Work with cross-functional SI and CX teams to promote our experience-driven, commerce ecosystems. - Propel revenue growth through KPIs. - Measure program effectiveness customer ROI targets. - Contribute to the development of processes, procedures and policies that promote a customer focus and that lead to overall satisfaction - Continue to iterate and innovate with team members. **What we are looking for**: - 2-3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) and hands-on knowledge of Studios and Builders is a must (certifications across marketing cloud and studios ideal). - Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant Credential preferred. - Experience with basic HTML (For example, creating tables, links, and bolding). - Demonstrated writing/communication, interpersonal and client relationship skills. - Proven record for problem resolution and successful completion of complex projects. - Ability to work independently and adeptly multi-task and prioritize a high volume of projects and tasks. - Ability to work with diverse departments across an organization. - Passionate about the digital landscape with desire for continuous learning and advancement. - Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills to effectively assess and communicate metrics. - Upper-Intermediate writing and speaking skills. - Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms to create journeys using Journey Builder and sync data from Salesforce CRM to Marketing Cloud and back. - Use SF Connector for passing data to and from multiple SFDC instances. - Make data-driven decisions to optimize customer programs. - Provide support to corporate marketing team on Marketing Cloud or similar platforms. - Complete rigorous QA checks on every change made within the Marketing Cloud Org. - Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues. - Develop and document efficiencies in current and future processes. - Creative, organized, diligent, innovative, collaborative, communicative, and self-motivated - Effective in working with cross-functional non-technical teams to help them bring their strategies to life using on Marketing Cloud or similar platforms. - Exhibit strong critical thinking and have proven problem solving abilities - Track history of timely delivery of project work **What we offer in return** - **Off-the-Charts Career Growth**: Сlear career path and a performance review system, career coaching, training and certifications, mentoring and knowledge sharing - **Well-being Is Top Priority**: Parental leave, paid time off, comprehensive health and medical plans - **Real Work-Life Balance**: Remote, in-office, or hybrid working modes; flexible hours; work-life balance support on every stage and level - **Culture of Success**: Culture of collaboration that encourages innovation every step of the way; 20 offices spanning four continents bring diverse perspectives that drive tangible results for our clients worldwide **Why work for Astound Commerce?** Whether you're working directly with our world-renowned clients or with your Astound colleagues from around the globe, you will shape the future of digital commerce, using emerging technologies and innovative approaches. **Grow your career with Astound Commerce, and discover exciting opportunities while doing the work you love!** **#LI-MP1** **#L1-REMOTE
