Position Summary Join a rapidly expanding innovator in the secondary gift card market as a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR)! We're seeking a proactive individual to spearhead our outbound sales efforts. This fully remote role is crucial for driving growth by identifying potential clients and initiating contact through strategic cold outreach via email, SMS, and messaging platforms. Your primary objective will be to generate high-quality leads and schedule introductory meetings for our senior sales team, playing a vital part in expanding our client base in the dynamic FinTech landscape. Location : Colombia (Remote). Schedule : Full-time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Qualifications & Hard Skills Possess a minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in an outbound Sales Development or Business Development capacity. Demonstrate a proven history of success in executing cold outreach strategies and securing qualified appointments. Exhibit exceptional written communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling and persuasive messages. Prior experience within the FinTech, e-commerce, or gift card industries is considered a significant advantage. Must be comfortable and productive working in a fully remote setting during standard U.S. business hours. Highly organized individual with a strong focus on achieving goals and meeting targets. Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage workload and priorities independently. Responsibilities Actively research and identify high-potential prospective clients using tools like ZoomInfo and other relevant databases. Design and execute targeted, high-volume cold outreach campaigns through email, SMS, and professional networking sites. Implement systematic follow-up procedures using sequenced messaging to nurture prospects towards conversion. Diligently log and maintain precise records of all outreach activities and results within the designated CRM system. Successfully schedule qualified introductory meetings and discovery calls for the Account Executive team. Facilitate a seamless and informative handoff process for qualified leads transitioning to senior sales staff. Collaborate effectively with team members using communication platforms like Slack and productivity suites like Google Workspace. Continuously test, analyze, and refine outreach messaging and strategies to enhance effectiveness and achieve key performance indicators. Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills Proficiency in executing high-volume cold outreach campaigns across various digital channels (Email, SMS, LinkedIn). Skilled in prospect identification and list building using research tools and lead databases (e.g., ZoomInfo). Competent in utilizing CRM systems (such as HubSpot or similar platforms) for tracking activities and managing sales funnels. Ability to meticulously maintain accurate records of all outreach interactions and prospect statuses. Experience in A/B testing messaging and refining outreach tactics based on performance data. Understanding of lead qualification criteria and the process of handing off leads to Account Executives. Familiarity with collaborative digital tools for team communication and coordination.
