Position: Customer Service Representative Shift Schedule: Monday - Sunday / 2 days off Remuneration: COP 3.000.000 Responsibilities: Strong desire to be helpful and take ownership to resolve customer situations/experience. Identify root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution(s) Troubleshoot technical issues that are related to products not working as expected.
