Check out how it will impact our ecosystem: As part of the Procurement Team, we are looking for a Supplier Manager to ensure operational excellence in the supplier lifecycle, focusing on supporting our end-to-end P2P process by managing the supplier experience—from onboarding to issue resolution and data integrity. The successful candidate will help streamline procurement operations by acting as the main contact between our systems (Coupa) and suppliers. This role is critical for compliance, smooth operation, and system governance, ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and thriving in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Responsibilities include: - Own the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, ensuring timely registration and approval in internal procurement systems (mainly Coupa). - Manage and maintain supplier master data for accuracy and consistency across systems. - Administer the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP), supporting internal stakeholders and external suppliers. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve supplier-related issues. - Monitor and respond to supplier inquiries, ensuring timely communication. - Educate and guide suppliers through the onboarding process, promoting portal adoption. - Drive process improvements related to supplier data and workflows. - Ensure compliance with procurement policies and support audit readiness. - Maintain reporting and KPIs on supplier onboarding and portal performance. Requirements: - Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach. - Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholders. - 1-2 years of experience with Coupa or similar P2P/ERP systems. - Understanding of P2P lifecycle, vendor management, and procurement compliance. - Experience in procurement, supplier enablement, or operations support is a plus. - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
