As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in reimagining workflows, developing concepts, and crafting new interactions and components. You will be involved in every step of the product design process—from discovery and interaction design to visual execution. This position involves working very closely with an American client. It is extremely important to be comfortable with the English language, as the entire selection process and day-to-day activities will be conducted in English. Requirements: - Strong design experience and a portfolio demonstrating high-quality product design. - Experience with Enterprise Systems. - Proficiency with Figma and managing design systems, creating well-thought-out interactions, and responsive design. - Strong knowledge of design best practices. - Ability to craft user experiences that transform how lending institutions process loan applications. - Lead projects and initiatives, defining strategy and user experience visions through cross-functional collaboration. - Develop scalable design foundations for diverse customer bases and loan offerings. - Inspire the design team to elevate their craft towards impactful visions. - Re-envision internal processes related to loan origination and home transactions. - Excellent visual skills and attention to interaction details. - A systems thinker eager to transform manual processes into streamlined digital experiences. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, balancing engineering, customer, and product considerations with user needs. - A proactive, resourceful self-starter thriving in ambiguity and capable of making decisions with limited data. - Research skills to apply UX research in building effective solutions. - Understanding of mortgage terminology and lending principles is a plus.
