Job Summary Our quality assurance team plays a key role in delivering exceptional web experiences and custom digital products that exceed client and end-user expectations. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and product teams, QA professionals rigorously test and challenge software to ensure it effectively solves real-world problems. Senior QA Engineers are committed to continuously improving code quality and testing practices to elevate user experiences and ensure strong, reliable web performance through ongoing enhancements. Responsibilities - Hands-on quality assurance testing of web maintenance updates, mobile apps, and backend systems, advocating for clean code, testing, and process refinements. - Collaborate with engineers to plan, develop, and maintain robust manual testing strategies for web updates, ensuring stability and compliance during work hours. - Define and communicate accurate test strategies for maintenance cycles, providing qualitative/quantitative defect reports in a timely manner. - Agile methodology experience, with a focus on regression testing for iterative web updates in sprint cycles. - Ensure web accessibility, security, and performance are upheld across all updates. Qualifications and Job Requirements - 6+ years in QA testing, specializing in responsive web maintenance, mobile, and custom apps. - Expertise in manual testing methodologies for web updates, including regression, smoke, and functional testing. - Strong ability to design test cases for repeatable maintenance workflows and document processes in JIRA/Confluence. - Passion for web accessibility, security, and compliance in maintenance contexts. - Self-motivated with a flexible schedule to align with team/client needs. - Clear communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams on maintenance priorities.
