Role Overview We’re looking for a highly driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our performance-driven affiliate and partner acquisition strategy. This is not your traditional marketing role—you will operate like a business owner, focused on driving revenue through strategic partnerships and high-converting traffic sources. This role is ideal for someone with deep roots in the lead gen/pay-per-call ecosystem and a hunger to build something big. You’ll be joining a small, high-impact team and will collaborate directly with the founders to scale affiliate-driven lead generation into a major revenue channel. Key Responsibilities Own the full lifecycle of affiliate partnerships—from identification and outreach to onboarding, activation, and performance optimization.
Proactively source and close high-potential affiliates, publishers, and lead generation partners in the real estate investment niche.
Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with partners and act as the point person for all communications.
Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance using data to increase ROI, volume, and quality of leads.
Negotiate payouts, bonuses, and custom deal structures that align with business goals.
Collaborate with internal teams (paid media, sales, product) to create aligned, cross-functional growth initiatives.
Report directly to leadership with insights, forecasts, and opportunities to scale.
What We’re Looking For Ownership mindset — you treat this role like it’s your business, are proactive, accountable, and outcomes-driven.
3+ years of experience in affiliate or partner marketing with proven results in lead generation or pay-per-call.
A strong existing network of affiliates and publishers , ideally in real estate, home services, or other high-ticket verticals.
Confidence using CRMs (HubSpot, Close, etc.) and affiliate platforms (HasOffers, Impact, etc.).
Exceptional communicator—fluent in English, persuasive in outreach, and skilled in building rapport.
Startup DNA—agile, scrappy, and thrives in fast-moving environments with limited resources and lots of autonomy.
Data-informed and comfortable iterating fast to improve performance.
Bonus Points For Experience in real estate investing, home services, or other high-intent B2C verticals.
Past success in a quota-carrying sales or BD role.
Working knowledge of SEO and paid media synergies with affiliate channels.
