This person will work closely with the Client Engagement Manager (and broader Commercial team) to help manage the pipeline, coordinate proposals, support outreach campaigns, and organize marketing events/webinars. This position is ideal for someone eager to develop a sales mindset—initially taking on prospects and marketing tasks, but with the potential to grow into a larger commercial role over time, along with back office support. Key Responsibilities: Outbound & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads; reach out to gauge interest and book initial calls; work with Managers to prioritize follow-ups and next steps Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Keep track of active opportunities; Update the Client Engagement Manager on pipeline health and deal statuses. Coordinate basic proposal/quote details for smaller or early-stage prospects, if needed. Help plan and execute marketing initiatives such as webinars, workshops, or industry events. CRM, Data & Reports administration Keep relevant files up to date; schedule key internal and external meetings; follow ups. Required Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience: At least 3 years in B2B sales support, or sales operations in tech companies. Background in Software Development companies is a big plus. Communication: Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills; ability to convey information succinctly and professionally. Organizational ability (attention to detail and time management), collaborative mindset & adaptability Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, Office. Experience with ODOO ERP & JIRA is a plus.
