About the Role: The Revenue Auditor is responsible for the verification and reporting of hotel revenues, reviewing documentation submitted to Accounting to document such revenues, and preparing and publishing a daily revenue report that will be used internally by hotel managers to review financial performance and forecast future business levels. What You Will Do: Collect and audit documentation from all hotel revenue centers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Four Seasons internal controls and local hotel policies. Ensure that revenues from food and beverage outlets, banquet food and beverage revenues, miscellaneous food and beverage revenues, and room revenues are captured, recorded, and published in full. Supervise and record all house account meal and entertainment expenses and report any discrepancies to the Assistant Director of Finance for follow-up with hotel management. Identify and correct revenue balances with respective ledger balances in the PMS (guest ledger, city ledger, and deposit ledger) and any discrepancies and report to the Director of Finance. Verify credit card settlements and transfers to the bank, track outstanding balances for future receipts, and ensure that exceptions are investigated and anomalies reported to the Director or Assistant Director of Finance. Update daily credit card reconciliations that agree with transmissions and receipts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields. 2 years of experience in similar positions or hotel accounting areas such as Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Knowledge and ability to operate computer equipment. Intermediate level of English (desirable). Practical knowledge of Excel, as well as mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
