We are looking for a SITE LEAD O&M (Ibagué) On-site technical position that supervises the Contracted O&M Provider and has knowledge of the site, equipment, and items impacting site performance, operating conditions, and other items to maximize value and reduce risk. What challenges will you face? Participate in the daily meeting with the site team to review the daily plan and inspect PPE and ready-to-work resources. Work with the Site Team to evaluate the site conditions that may reduce production: soiling, vegetation, DC health, inverters, and tracker orientation. Use SW Helios with the site operator to check and correct low-production of inverters and string boxes. Inspect the quality and quantity of the executed works according to the maintenance program. Report incidents and operational failures to the O&M Manager. Collaborate in the development of root cause analysis of incidents and operational failures. On-site inspections with stakeholders such as H&S, ESG, or others, including Security, Lender Audits, etc. Verify the proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions to eliminate and/or minimize risks in the plant. Warehouse management, including inventory, spare parts, and warranty claims. Support technical training on SCADA, H&S, Equipment procedures, and policies. Interaction with the grid operator and authorities related to the energy sector. What specific knowledge do you need?
