In this role, you will support the CEO with daily administrative and strategic tasks, coordinate with remote teams across LATAM, the US, and Europe, and help shape and maintain internal systems, SOPs, and workflows. You will also manage CRM tools and customer journey automations, upload and manage course content, and assist with editing and webinar setup. Additionally, you will provide responsive and empathetic customer support for both the music education business and a related wellness supplement brand.
