Job Title: Team Lead Location: Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia Employment Type: Permanent About the Role We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Team Lead to join our clients team in the healthcare BPO sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing team performance, delivering coaching and training, supporting KPI goals, and leading initiatives to reduce attrition and improve service quality. Responsibilities Manage team performance and monitor KPIs through regular reports and analysis Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews with team members weekly Support the onboarding and ramp-up of new hires, ensuring KPIs are achieved Address escalations and provide timely guidance to resolve issues Ensure quality audits and compliance with regulatory and internal policies Supervise attendance and adherence to procedures Implement team strategies to reduce attrition and retain high performers Promote a positive work environment and help the team achieve objectives Collaborate with clients or third parties to resolve issues and align expectations Ensure full compliance with all organizational standards and regulatory frameworks Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lead or Supervisor in a healthcare BPO environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong knowledge of reporting tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint Bachelors degree in any field Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with quality frameworks (QMS, ISMS, EMS, EHS) and data privacy practices Strong coaching skills and leadership presence Salary & Benefits Salary: COP 4,500,000 + COP 500,000 performance bonus Schedule: 5 working days, 2 days off (rotational shifts up to 40 hours/week) Modality: On-site Contract Type: Permanent / Indefinite-term Who We Are Talent where you need it, when you need it!
