What the day will look like The Rewards Manager will lead our initiatives in the HSA - Hispanic South America sub-region. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that are competitive and aligned with market trends. - Collaborate with local human resources teams to adapt strategies to the specific needs of each country. - Analyze market data and conduct benchmarking studies to ensure the competitiveness of our offerings. - Manage the compensation and benefits budget, optimizing resource allocation. - Ensure compliance with local and corporate compensation and benefits regulations. - Provide advice and training to managers and employees on reward policies. Skills and experience that will lead to success - Professional with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related careers. - 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits management in a multinational environment. - Knowledge of labor regulations in South American countries. - Excellent analytical and communication skills. - Advanced command of Spanish and English. - Advanced Excel skills.
