We are currently seeking an experienced Head Chef to join COYA. This is a seasonal position, advertised for future openings. Minimum requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end brand. - Overall responsibility for kitchen staffing levels, aligning them with business trends while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality, and adhering to the agreed labor budget. - Managing all staffing issues within the Kitchen department, including rotas, hiring, holiday cover, in-house training, professional development, performance management, and providing daily performance feedback. - Fluency in both spoken and written Spanish and English is essential. - Participation in ongoing training programs and interactive induction. - Excellent employee discounts at some of the most prestigious high-end restaurants.
