As a SALES SUPPORT ANALYST , you will be the right hand of the Sales Representative, helping manage accounts, follow up with clients, support deal closures. You will work closely with the Commercial, Accounting, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth communication and processes throughout the entire sales cycle. The purpose of this position is to provide support for the commercial department throughout the sales cycle to ensure effective business closure, overseeing company accounts and maintaining an overview of operations, channel logistics and commercial information. Liaise with logistics, commercial and accounting departments to ensure efficient communication, processes and procedures that promote order fulfilment, increased sales, high quality service, customer satisfaction and the achievement of the company's strategic objectives. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international trade, engineering or a related field. 2. Two years' experience coordinating or supporting international commercial operations, with a passion for commercial processes and client relationship management. 3. Strong experience with CRM and ERP systems, data analysis, and commercial reporting. 4. Excellent communication, active listening, and persuasion skills. 5. Bilingual (English) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. C1 level required. 6. Must be a critical thinker, problem solver and detail oriented. 7. Excellent organizational, time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills. 8. Must be proactive and self-directed to perform all duties without close supervision with a sense of urgency.
