You will participate in the day-to-day operations of one of the major businesses in Merama, working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, learning all about e-commerce in Latam while you are at it **Main Responsibilities** - Perform business analysis, diving deep into finding root causes in the business inputs, defining a course of action to grow the business - Ability to work in collaboration with teams, particularly with external stakeholders - Strong quantitative skills and an ability to get actionable insights from data - Comfortable working in ambiguity and executing against ambitious goals - Financial or business background: planning & analysis, forecasting and budgeting, M&A;/Joint Ventures financial modeling, analyzing large sets of data - A team player that is willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done **You have these**: - University degree preferred in Business Administration, Engineering or Finance - Experience in generating complex financial models from scratch - Intellectual curiosity and high energy to move in a fast pace environment - Entrepreneurial spirit - 2+ years as an analyst in banking, consulting, strategy & corporate development or similar role in a high-growth company - Working knowledge of English and Spanish at a minimum. **We'd love it if you also had these**: - Experience developing and presenting business plans to C-Level - Preferably based on Colombia Merama is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer that proudly pursues and hires a diverse workforce.
