Sanofi Global Hub (Global Hub) is an internal Sanofi resource organization set up to centralize processes and activities supporting Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. Global Hub aims to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi worldwide. The Global Hub is designed to reduce reliance on external service providers and develop internal expertise, leveraging a diverse talent pool. The eBuy Project Specialist will support all aspects of purchase to pay for a defined Sanofi Specialty Care Therapeutic Area. Responsibilities include facilitating cross-functional preparation and processing of non-catalog activities, reporting, and monitoring requisitions through approval. The role involves owning and resolving issues within the purchase to pay process and liaising with the eBuy Project Management Team. The specialist will also assist with project activities such as initiation, planning, execution, and closing, including schedule and budget support, cost tracking, status reporting, communication, meeting coordination, issue resolution, and risk management. The role involves managing small projects or sub-projects under the guidance of the lead eBuy project manager. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Facilitating Purchase to Pay activities for the business Coordinating team, stakeholder, and vendor meetings Providing regular communication to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services Escalating issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction Participating in process improvement initiatives Maintaining P2P documentation in project databases About you Experience : 3+ years in project management, with prior Purchase to Pay experience (eBuy experience a plus) Customer service experience Soft and technical skills : Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, responsiveness, adaptability, ability to prioritize, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, Access, GCET, or database management. Project management certification is a plus. Education : Professional Degree Languages : Advanced English Why choose us?
