You’ll be inspired, and you’ll inspire people across the world to change. **Your Role**: The **LAN Retail Media Performance Sr. Analyst** is a critical role within the Connected Commerce team responsible to deliver ROAS and sales growth, marketing efficiency, and insights through paid search, display advertising, social, and video campaigns in retail media environments across several countries forming one of Latam’s biggest clusters - LANorth You will lead day to day campaign activations end to end and drive optimizations tied to KPIs directing hands on keyboard resources at our agency. The Retail Media Analyst will create holistic flowcharts that combine brand and retail activity into cohesive media plans aligned to commercial calendars / seasonalities. You will support campaign briefing, monthly performance updates with brands and commercial teams, and provide input into future capability development all in the effort to drive continuous performance improvement. You are action-biased and comfortable translating business objectives into actionable media objectives. The ability to translate and facilitate action between media, sales, and marketing enables you to push our organization forward and establish performance-oriented behavior throughout your work. Key Responsabilities: - Identify traceability opportunities with other retailers within Bricks & Clicks and Pure Players - Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to drive efficiencies and results - Work cross-functionally with key account sales partners to shape digital go to market strategies - Manage retail media budget, identifying spend efficiencies and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with agency partners to craft strategy, maximize effectiveness and achieve/exceed sales targets - Identify shopper insights to advise differentiating omnichannel activations and influence strategic capabilities. - Create impactful presentations to translate our objectives into strategy using data, insights, and marketplace trends. - Contribute to the joint business planning process to shape strategies and showcase results. - Develop strong working relationships with internal J&J; teams. - Lead measurement of metrics that matter objectives and drive team accountability through tools and ways of working. Qualifications **What we are looking for?** **Required Skills**: - A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred area of study in Business, Economics, Marketing, Advertising or Technology - A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience - Prior experience consisting of Media/Advertising, Shopper/Trade marketing, agency, brand, or eCommerce marketing roles - Experience working directly with one or more retail media networks - Able to analyze data from multiple sources to drive insights influencing the development of high impact solutions; able to assess which variables are delivering results and link actions to business outcomes - Strong intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial approach with the ability to work in a rapid and iterative development environment - Self-starter with interpersonal, leadership, and collaborative skills to connect and work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams - Creative problem solver, ready to think outside the box and bring new ideas to impa
