We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Operations Manager to drive business success. This role requires a proactive individual who can quickly learn and apply technical knowledge to meet business needs. As a team lead, you will execute and guide team members on required tasks, ensuring all deliverables undergo thorough validation and quality assurance. Key responsibilities include: - Managing event set-ups in support of marketing events, including landing pages, check-ins, and lead capture. - Guiding team members on required tasks and execution. - Allocating, monitoring, and tracking tasks to resources. - Ensuring deliverables are tracked, coordinated across teams, of high quality, and meet timelines/SLAs. - Working with cross-functional/cross-organizational teams to optimize workflows and operating efficiency. You will be responsible for identifying and developing metrics/benchmarks on performance and providing insights into results. To be successful in this role, you will need: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred. - At least 7 years of marketing and project management or operational experience. - In-depth knowledge of marketing tools and applications. - Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills. - Excellent interpersonal and project management skills, ability to manage virtual teams.
