Your main responsibility will be to coordinate trip details and ensure a smooth customer journey. - Transform customer briefs into seamless travel experiences. - Coordinate with operators to meticulously plan and execute trips. - Collaborate with the Customer Experience (CX) team to proactively resolve and prevent customer issues. - Conduct detailed consultative calls to understand and document clients' travel needs and budgets. - Oversee reservations, special requests, and payments efficiently. - Finalize and verify detailed itineraries, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. - Maintain clear and efficient communication with tour leaders, travelers, and operators to foster long-lasting client relationships. Requirements - 1-3 years of experience in travel, marketing, customer experience, business, or related fields is an asset. - Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. - Proven ability to meet goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) within deadlines. - Creative problem-solver who excels in improving processes and strategies. - Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. - Strong project management skills. - Outstanding customer service abilities.
