As a Senior Backend Developer, you will work closely with our team to translate client requirements into technical development, design schemas, and integrate with content management solutions and search engines. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a great Digital Consumer experience based on Magento. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on website preparation and updates. - Assist with requirements definition, specifications, vendor selections, design, development, and timelines for key initiatives. - Participate in solution architecture based on product requirements. - Assist with code reviews and pull requests. - Diagnose and solve technical problems related to commerce implementation. - Define best practices for performance and scalability of the e-commerce solution. - Mentor and train Junior/Middle developers as a Senior specialist. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of backend web development experience. - At least 5 years of Magento 2 development experience. - Strong knowledge of OOP, PHP, MySQL, Zend or Symfony Frameworks. - Experience with Docker, Varnish, Redis, ElasticSearch, or Solr. - HTML5 and CSS3 skills are a plus. - Experience with Git and development tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, TeamCity. - Proficient in English, both written and spoken. - Any DEV-oriented certification is advantageous.
