The selected candidate will develop and maintain relationships with Customer Service, Sales, Revenue Management, GBS central locations, and IT support teams to ensure end-to-end responsibilities and processes are effectively executed. The successful candidate will have excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to handle maximum billing workloads while balancing speed, accuracy, and efficiency, and quickly learn our financial and billing systems. This position requires a strong understanding of electronic invoicing and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets; preferably experience with SQL and XML. A university student or technologist in administrative or accounting fields is preferred.
