If you have strong technical and analytical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and fluent English, this is your opportunity to grow with an international team. **Location**: Medellín **Position**: User Provisioning Analyst **Salary**: Competitive **English level**: Minimum B2 **Sector**: Healthcare / IT Support **What you’ll do**: - Provide top-level customer service for end users requesting access to Meditech and other critical systems. - Create, manage, and terminate user accounts according to internal processes and SLAs. - Troubleshoot access issues and resolve tickets in the system. - Escalate and prioritize incidents as needed. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and corporate data/security policies. - Work collaboratively with internal IS teams and participate in 24/7 support coverage shifts. **You should have**: - 2-year college program or equivalent experience. - At least **3 years in customer service or IT support** (healthcare IT preferred). - Strong knowledge of **Windows OS, MS Office**, and basic IT/networking principles. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - High level of initiative, independence, and adaptability. - Solid judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
