Here are the challenges that our next warrior willface and the requirements we look for: Job Title: Senior ProjectManager Location: Remote Position Overview: We are seeking a highlyskilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in Agiledelivery methodologies to join our team. This role requires aproactive leader with excellent communication and organizationalskills to manage and deliver complex data-driven projects in adynamic corporate environment. The ideal candidate will bring astrong Agile mindset and the ability to coach teams as they adoptAgile practices, ensuring alignment with strategic goals andfostering collaboration across stakeholders. Key Responsibilities -Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex data servicesprojects, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality standards.- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and businessstakeholders, driving alignment and prioritization. - Coach teammembers and projects on Agile processes and implementation. - Actas an Agile coach, supporting the adoption and implementation ofAgile practices across the team and organization. - Collaboratewith stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, andsuccess metrics. - Develop and maintain comprehensive projectdocumentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, andstatus reports. - Facilitate backlog grooming sessions, sprintplanning, and retrospectives to maintain steady progress andcontinuous improvement. - Identify, assess, and mitigate projectrisks and issues, escalating and resolving them promptly. - Supportthe integration of data and AI-driven initiatives by ensuringeffective collaboration between data scientists and technologyteams. - Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fosteringa culture of learning and excellence. Required Skills &Experience; - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, InformationSystems, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in projectmanagement, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies. - Proventrack record of leading Agile projects and coaching teams on Agilepractices. - Experience managing data-driven projects andcollaborating with data teams. - Expertise in Scrum. - Proficiencywith project management tools, particularly JIRA and Monday.com. -Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability tomanage competing priorities. - Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM,or SAFe SSM/SASM. Nice to Have Skills - Familiarity with reportingtools like Sigma Computing. - Experience managing projects withDatabricks and AWS environments/technologies. - Technicalbackground is a plus. - Understanding of AI and GenAI solutions isa plus but not mandatory. - Background in Product Management. SoftSkills - Strong leadership and communication abilities, with aproactive approach to problem-solving. - Ability to fostercollaboration and build relationships across teams and departments.- Adaptable and resourceful, capable of working in a fast-paced andevolving environment.
