Job Title: Appearance Specialist About our company, a leading provider of content to the gaming industry. We are a software development and services company delivering end-to-end digital solutions. This role is part of our ARRISE group powering our company's content. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update employees' appearance records; - Train employees on appearance requirements; - Recommend and implement appearance changes requested by employees or management; - Review each new employee's image before their first performance; - Create and update guides, written materials and procedures regarding appearance; - Participate in visual tests for different types of uniforms, decorations, hairstyles or make-up; - Coordinate appearance activities such as launching new uniform types, replacing existing ones, decorating studios for events; - Communicate relevant information regarding appearance on internal channels. Requirements: - At least 9 months of experience within an Appearance Department; - English language – conversational level; - PC operating skills – Microsoft Office, Teams; - Public speaking skills.
