As a member of Global Leader Services, you will play a critical role in our commitment to exceptional, personalized HR support to key audiences during moments that matter. You will leverage strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to partners across HR services teams to provide accelerated support for complex cases and prioritized and personalized support for Vice Presidents. This will be a Flex role with the expectation that the selected candidate follow the Work Style requirements in adherence to the Global Work Style Polic for Bogota, Colombia. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Collaborate across the HR Operating Model to provide exceptional, personalized, prioritized support to key audiences including consultation and guidance across the Employee Life Cycle. Communicate with customers in a timely manner including delivering complex messages. Develop effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication. Coordinate services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers and technology specialists. Utilize all applicable sources of data, SMEs, and information to analyse and build holistic, thoughtful end-to-end solution to meet customer needs. Provide skilled Workday support which may include transaction and reporting queries, data coordination and data analysis. Execute against Service Delivery measures through SLA/KPIs which ensure program and organizational success. Contribute to continuous improvement working closely with broader HR Services to achieve solutions / improvements concentrated to improve the customer experience. Responsible for triaging all requests direct from customers and through HR systems including but not limited to Service Now. Required Knowledge and Experience: Highschool degree Two or more years of relevant experience in AskHR, global HR, talent acquisition, customer service or related areas Experience working with customer service or related Fluent in English level Able to work effectively with people at all management levels Awareness of local regulations Experience in handling sensitive/confidential information Proven work experience with MS Office applications and internet related technologies Strong project and time management skills; knowledge in Workday, ServiceNow, Power BI; Strong working HR Knowledge across multiple processes and programs is a plus.
