Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support both the Sales and Project Management teams. This role involves collecting data, researching codes and prices, tracking tasks, and following up to ensure smooth project execution and reporting. It's a strong fit for someone who enjoys process work, staying organized, and helping teams achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Research codes, prices, and product specifications to support sales quoting. 2. Track project and task progress, sending reminders and updates to stakeholders. 3. Maintain shared task lists and follow-up documentation across departments. 4. Support reporting by gathering and organizing data from internal tools. 5. Assist with the preparation of status updates, reports, and team documents. 6. Coordinate between Sales and PM teams to ensure smooth communication and execution. Requirements - 1-2 years of experience in an operational, admin, or support role. - Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. - Experience with ERP tools such as Odoo or similar platforms. - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Comfortable with cross-functional communication in English. - A self-starter with a proactive mindset. Nice-to-Haves - Experience working in a signage, construction, or manufacturing environment. - Familiarity with project management or CRM tools.
