**JOB TITLE**:Logistics Coordinator **LOCATION**: Cartagena, Colombia **TYPE**:On Site **SCHEDULE**:Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. **TYPE OF CONTRACT**:Temp to Perm **DESCRIPTION**: **RESPONSABILITIES AND DUTIES**: - Coordinate the movement of materials and equipment to and from drilling sites, refineries, and storage facilities. - Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency. - Manage inventory levels and ensure proper storage of materials. - Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and freight companies to meet project deadlines. - Ensure all transportation and logistics operations comply with local, national, and international regulations. - Maintain documentation related to permits, customs clearance, and safety requirements. - Act as a liaison between field operations, procurement, and warehouse teams. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on delivery schedules and potential delays. - Address and resolve logistics-related challenges such as route optimization, weather disruptions, or equipment malfunctions. - Implement safety protocols in all logistics operations. - Conduct periodic risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance. **Requisitos**: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination, preferably in the oil and gas industry. - Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices. - Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in high-pressure environments and adapt to changing priorities. - Familiarity with international shipping and customs processes. - Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain (e.g., CLTD, CSCP). - Office-based with occasional travel to field sites or supplier facilities. - May require working extended hours during critical project phases. - and substance-free workplace to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.** At ttg**, 'We believe in making a difference One Person at a Time,' **ttg OPT.
