Open to English native speakers located in Colombia, Nicaragua, or the U.S. Key Responsibilities - Build deep trust based relationships with clients, understanding their goals, challenges, and how our solutions (SEO, PPC, CRM, and sales training) align with their needs. Up to 10 clients. - Own the post-sale relationship: manage onboarding, success planning, and performance reviews. - Coordinate with fulfillment teams (SEO, Paid Media, Creative, Tech) to ensure delivery is aligned with expectations. - Run quality assurance reviews before presenting reports to the client. Overview the team's deliverables to ensure quality. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling — driving value for clients and elev8.io - Monitor account health and proactively address churn risks or obstacles to success. - Be the voice of the customer internally — sharing insights with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to drive innovation. - Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure seamless execution across all touch points. - Update clients calls calendar, prepare for the weekly, monthly and quarterly report meetings. - Attend all the meetings displayed on the calendar and update status if needed. - Collaborate with the recruitment team when hiring SEO, Paid Media, Creative, Tech roles Qualifications - Must be a native English speaker based in Colombia, Nicaragua, or the United States (applications outside these countries will not be considered). - 3-4+ years in B2B Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales roles (marketing agency experience preferred) for US based clients. - Strong understanding of digital marketing — especially SEO and PPC. - Experienced with tools like ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or other project management platforms. - Tech-savvy, curious, and solutions-oriented. - A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments. - Team player, team mindset. - High ownership and accountability competency proficiency.
