**MISSION**: Develop and execute strategic planning for marketing, training, and sales promotion. Guarantee the implementation of actions and monitor results in the Endovascular market in order to achieve the divisional commercial and financial objectives in the short, mid and long term. **CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Define strategies of approach, training, promotion and promotional material for Endovascular products. Identify positioning, benefits, and key messages. - Define strategies and develop relationships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders across Latin America South region. - Analyze potential markets with direct operations and distributors to execute Endovascular products proctoring and launches throughout the region. - Communicate Endovascular strategies to the direct and distributors sales force and incentivize the adoption of planned actions. - Monitor the implementation of strategic planning, analyze trends and identify opportunities and new competitive advantages in the endovascular field in order to define actions that support the achievement of the defined commercial and financial goals. - Ensure that promotional materials and training processes are aligned with the defined commercial and financial strategies. - Physician training and support on Endovascular therapies. - Create promotional material and hire service providers to monitor the jobs. - Create reports with managerial information considering local and international requirements. - Control Endovascular budget and the distribution of resources among products across the Region considering the needs of the Endovascular portfolio. - Maintain relationship with Global Product Managers and verify the availability of inventory, changes in products numbers, and specifications in order to define sales, training, and marketing strategies for the commercialization of Endovascular products across the Region. - Participate in NPI meetings and follow up the registration process across the Region. - Participate in the planning process with the direct sales force and distributors, identify needs and ensure alignment of commercial strategies with marketing plans. - Participate in strategic projects and involve cross-functional areas within the division. - Comply with the policies and procedures of the role in accordance with the quality systems in place. - Act and make decisions within the role while respecting the Company Code of Conduct. - Maintain the EHS policies and procedures (environment, health and security), participate and support the actions of the Area **EDUCATION REQUIRED**: - Undergraduate University studies/Bachelor's Degree in engineering, pharmacists, sciences, marketing; MBA preferred. - Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish (Key for this position) **TRAVEL REQUIRED**:50% **EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**: - Direct management/supervisory experience and responsibility for performance development/review required. - A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager at a Country or Regional level. - Experience in the Medical Devices line of business is a most - Knowledge of Latin America Healthcare systems, Strategic planning/business planning skills, Communication skills, Understanding of technical and scientific products and equipment
