Job summary The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, managing and optimizing the Kruger ServiceNow platform, ensuring the efficient delivery of IT services, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on ServiceNow administration and support. - ServiceNow Administrator or Implementation Specialist certification preferred. - Experience with ITIL framework and best practices. Responsibilities - ServiceNow Administration: Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, adaptation, and integration with other systems as well as contributions to patching and testing activities - Incident and Problem Management: Manage and resolve incidents and problems related but not limited to ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective solutions. - Service Catalog and Request Management: Develop and maintain the service catalog, manage service requests, and ensure a seamless user experience. - Change Management: Implement and manage change management processes within ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and minimizing disruptions. - Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor service performance, identify trends, and support decision-making. - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the IT service management framework. - User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices. Skills - Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, adaptation, scripting, and integration with other IT systems. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. - Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
