As a Bilingual Legal Case Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind keeping cases on track, supporting attorneys, and ensuring clients feel confident and cared for throughout the legal process. You’ll handle everything from intake to resolution — managing case details, organizing documentation, and maintaining smooth communication between clients and attorneys. Key Responsibilities - Manage legal cases from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met - Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and supported - Prepare, review, and file legal documents with precision and professionalism - Maintain organized case files for quick, easy attorney access - Schedule hearings, depositions, and other critical deadlines - Assist in developing case strategies by gathering and analyzing details - Use legal case management tools to streamline and optimize workflow What We’re Looking For - 1+ years of U.S. legal case management experience (Personal Injury or Lemon Law experience is a major advantage) - Bilingual Spanish & English with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with case management platforms like Clio, MyCase, or CasePeer - CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar - Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook - Exceptionally organized, reliable, and detail-oriented - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment - Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, PST hours Technical Requirements - Personal computer (Windows 10/11 or Mac OS) - Dual monitors for maximum efficiency - Minimum 8GB RAM - Hardwired internet (Ethernet only) – No WiFi - Noise-canceling USB headset with microphone (no Bluetooth/wireless) - Internet speeds: 25mbps download / 10mbps upload or higher Ready to Grow With Us?
