Responsibilities: Actively seek and identify new business opportunities within the target market. Conduct cold calls and engage in strategic outreach to potential customers. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay informed about the company's services and industry trends. Articulate the value proposition of our 3PL solutions to potential clients. Provide regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and successes. Utilize CRM tools for efficient tracking and management of customer interactions. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in 3PL or logistics. Strong communication and negotiation skills for client engagement. Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Experience using CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions.
