Outbound Sales – Cold Calling Pro Wanted We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Sales Professional to join our team in Bogotá. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to real estate agents and brokers in the US and LATAM, sparking interest and booking sign-ups through sharp pitches, guiding agents through a quick onboarding process, tracking performance, qualifying interest, and hitting measurable targets. About the Role: As an Outbound Sales Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a high-performance outbound team, driving market expansion in the US and LATAM. You will be responsible for: - Making 100+ outbound calls daily to real estate agents and brokers in the US and LATAM. - Spark interest and book sign-ups through sharp, tailored pitches. - Guide agents through a quick, simple onboarding process. - Track performance, qualify interest, and hit measurable targets. You will be working closely with your team, collaborating and sharpening your skills daily in a fast-learning environment. What We Are Looking For: - Fluent in English (B2+ minimum). - 6+ months experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting. - Ambitious and coachable – here to build a real career in sales. - Resilient and independent – bounce back fast and push yourself. - Organized and performance-focused – take ownership and track results. - Love cold calling – this isn’t a support role, it’s the front line.
