At Otis, we move billions of people every day!As a DT CRM Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the management, analysis, and development of applications under your responsibility following the PMP or SCRUM methodology.The functions as a DT CRM Technical Lead are:Interaction with key users of the applicationsOrganization and maintenance of developed web applicationsInteraction with the Infrastructure area for infrastructure requirementsAnalysis and adaptation of the architecture of the applicationsFunctional analysis (use cases, functionalities, and data model)Design of functional tests for the applications and other types of performance, security, and architecture testsIdentification, planning, and control of the technical tasks of the project, assigning them to the technical teamResponsible for ensuring the technical quality of the code (architecture, nomenclature, code documentation, factorization, security, and performance)Technical leadership of the programming teamThe position will evolve from more technical activities to more PM / Lead activities in the future and implementation of global CRM applications.Lead / Oversee global CRM implementations in Spain & Portugal around planning, execution, business engagement, data migrations, data conversions, and integrations.Expert management of SQL databases.Use of MVC framework.Performance of unit / integrated work tasks.To be successful in this role you will have:Minimum experience of 5 years as a Programmer Analyst / 2 years as a Project ManagerExperience in project implementation, both in the planning and communication areasExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365Experience with implementation of CRM solutionsExperience with Microsoft SQL Server database management systemsExperience with .Net programming languages with SQL ServerHigh level of EnglishPerson used to work under agile methodologies such as SCRUM or PMPExperience in team managementExperience in user support and trainingWhat can we offer you?The chance to work for an industry-leading company and a global brand.
